Terms and Conditions

We rent for a minimum of 3 days. This is due to logistics, we hope you understand.

A maintenance day is added to the rental days. This cost is non-refundable as it's not a deposit, but covers cleaning and maintenance of our products.

We require bookings at least 24 hours in advance. If you need something urgently, contact us via WhatsApp and we'll respond as soon as possible. We want to help and if we can, we'll be happy to do so!

If a product is not returned in proper condition, damage will be assessed and charged accordingly.

We want everyone to be able to rent products in perfect condition just like you did, so we need you to help us and take care of them as if they were your own.
